Registration fee is $125 per golfer or $500 per team of 4.  All proceeds directly benefit the Toledo Area Humane Society.  

Golfers can sign up as individuals and be placed in a group or register as a four-person team. Our 4-person team golf scramble offers 18 holes of golf at Stone Oak’s beautiful, 160-acre private 18 hole, par-71 championship golf course, cart rental, driving range usage and locker room access.  A lunch buffet will be served to all golfers before their tee time and the evening will finish with heavy grazing appetizers in the main dining room and rooftop deck.  Prizes will be awarded for First and Second Place Finish, Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and Hole-In-One at a specified hole.  

"Gimme Strings" and Mulligans will be available for purchase at registration the day of the golf outing.

1:30 p.m.    Driving Range Warm-up

2:00 p.m.      Shotgun Tee Off

6:30 p.m.      Appetizers and Awards

*Tuesday, September 18 is the rain-date for the event that was originally schedule for Monday, August 27.  If you were already registered for the August 27 date, you do not need to re-register.
